This information is combined with your activities of daily living and exercise levels to determine your personal caloric energy equation and a safe caloric deficit that ensures fat loss rather than loss of lean body mass. Finally, your caloric recommendation is turned into personalized, inter-active meal plans, exercise recommendations, and a program of education and lifestyle modification activities.
